Returns and Refunds

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS, RETURN PROCESS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Certain items, such as custom orders, and final sale items, are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
